Docudays UA is looking for active people ready to try their hand at organizing the only human rights documentary film festival in Ukraine. The next Docudays UA will be held on 31 May – 9 June 2024, at several locations in Kyiv and online at the same time.

The volunteer work at the festival is a chance to support the emergence and rapid development of the civil society. Only thanks to our joint efforts with you, volunteers, we will be able to communicate to the community the importance of upholding human rights in Ukraine, the value of cultural development and the immutability of critical thinking.

It is also an opportunity to try yourself in organizing a large-scale international event, to meet talented documentary filmmakers from Europe, America and Ukraine, to practice your languages in conversations with international festival participants, to grow your communication and organization skills, to work in a friendly and professional team.

Volunteering at Docudays UA means having a flexible schedule which you can combine with your studies or part-time job. In addition, after the end of the festival, each volunteer will receive a certificate of their participation in the event. At some colleges and universities, volunteering can be accepted as an internship (find out about this in detail at your department’s administration).

In addition, everyone can expect individual job interviews and training.
